Qualified bidder's qualifications and performance requirements:
(1) Legal status: The bidder must be an electromagnetic flowmeter manufacturer established in accordance with the relevant laws of the People's Republic of China and officially registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal entity.
(2) Business reputation: Bidders should have a good business reputation. In the last three years, no fraudulent bid or serious breach of contract has been made, and no major or higher quality and safety accidents have occurred in the equipment supplied. There was no case that the company was ordered to suspend business and the bid was cancelled. No cases of borrowing others or lending qualifications or performance to others.
(3) Financial status and credit: The audit report in the past three years has a good conclusion. With good bank credit and business reputation, it is not in the status of being ordered to suspend business, assets being taken over, frozen or bankruptcy.
