Announcement of Tendering for Construction, Commissioning, and Erection of 20MWp Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Shengou Village, Baofeng Town, Zhushan County, China General Nuclear Power

1. Project Introduction

1.1 Project Name: 20MWp Grid-connected Photovoltaic Power Generation Project of Shengou Village, Baofeng Town, Zhuhai County, China General Nuclear Power Co., Ltd.

1.2 Project Overview:

The 20MWp grid-connected photovoltaic power generation project site of Shengou Village, Baofeng Town, Zhushan County, China Guangdong Nuclear Power Station is located in Shengou Village, Baofeng Town, Zhushan County, Shiyan City. The straight distance from Zhushan County is approximately 28km, and can be approximately 7km from S305 Provincial Highway to Zhuqu County, Zhushan County. The existing rural roads of the site are connected to provincial highway S305 and national road G4213, and the traffic conditions are more convenient. The geographical coordinates of the station center are 109°58'17.92" east longitude and 32°21'19.85" north latitude, with an average elevation of about 650m.

Zhushan County is an subtropical monsoon continental climate. It belongs to the north temperate zone and is located in the Hanjiang River and the Duhe Basin. It is a high-temperature area and has sufficient heat. The average annual sunshine hours is 1650.4 hours, and the average annual relative humidity is 73%. Initial frost On October 10, the final frost on March 20, the average frost-free period from the central region of 252.8 days, reduced to four weeks to 163.4 days; the average annual snowfall is about 20 days; year-round southwest wind. According to China's meteorological industry standard "Solar Resources Assessment Method" QX/T89-2008 division criteria, assessment of the richness of solar energy resources for this project - resource-rich zone, more suitable for the construction of large-scale photovoltaic power plants.

The total installed capacity of this project is 20MWp. A 1.6MWp PV power system is used as a sub-array, and 5,940 265Wp PV modules are used to form a 1.6MWp sub-matrix with a total of 13 subarrays. The project is planned to be installed in 13 sub-arrays, which are 1-13. Each sub-matrix installs 265Wp polysilicon battery module battery module 5940 blocks, with an installed capacity of 1.5741MWp. The module uses 22 series and 270 channels in parallel to send 34 50kW grid-connected inverters. Each 34 50kW inverters form a sub-party. The array shares a box-type inverter, and the box-type transformer (1600kVA, 35/0.48kV) is boosted to a voltage level of 35kV. After the 13 box-type transformers are connected in parallel, a new 35kV switchyard is connected.

The total installed capacity of the project for the current period is 20.4633 MWp, which includes solar photovoltaic power generation systems and corresponding supporting internet facilities. The station has a comprehensive building. A new 35km line of 35km from 10km will be built to connect to Baofeng.

2, the scope and duration of the tender

3, bidder qualifications:

3.1. The bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," which has an independent legal personality and is capable of providing products and services for the project. The bidder of the nature of the group (or head office) must specify whether the group (or head office) itself acts as a bidder or a subordinate company of the group (or head office) as a bidder.

3.2. The bid requires that the bidder must have one of the following qualifications:

(1) General contracting of power engineering construction at level 3 or above;

(2) Design qualification for Class B and above in power industry (new energy power generation):

3.3. The bidder must have a safety production license. The bidder meets the construction requirements in terms of professional technology, equipment, facilities, personnel, and funds, and has corresponding construction capabilities.

3.4. Project Manager: Register a Level 1 constructor and the registered entity must be the same as the name of the bidder.

3.5. Commonwealth bids are not accepted.

3.6 The bidder must pass ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO18000 series or equivalent quality, environment, and safety system certification.

3.7 The bidder has not accepted the following situations within the past 5 years:

(1) The bidder has fraudulent bids, serious breaches of contract, major project quality problems or has caused any contract to be released due to their own reasons.

(2) Bidders have collateral bids for bad behavior records or suspected collusion bids in bidding activities and are under investigation by the competent authority.

(3) The bidder was ordered to suspend business, property was taken over, frozen, and bankruptcy.

* The bidder must be satisfied at the same time. All qualification documents provided must be true and consistent with the main body of the bidder. If annual inspection is required, please ensure that the copies of the documents provided have passed the annual inspection; otherwise, the bids will be cancelled when bid evaluation.

4. Quality standards: Comply with the relevant standards of the country and industry (for details, see the technical part).

5. Obtaining of Bidding Documents: Confirm the bidders participating in the project to get in touch with the bidding agency. The commissioner should bring the legal person power of attorney, the ID card and copy of himself, and can show that the bidder meets the bidding documents. The certification documents for the qualification requirements of the people shall be obtained from the following address at the following time. For bidders who do not meet the above requirements, they will not sell the bidding documents. If the electronic version of the bidding document is different from the paper version, the paper version shall prevail.
