2, bidder qualifications:
The potential suppliers who intend to participate in the bidding for the project must meet the following requirements in addition to the qualifications of the supplier in Article 22 of the "PRC Government Procurement Law."
1) The bidder shall have the ability to undertake the project, have an independent legal personality, hold a legal person's license issued by the administrative department for industry and commerce and a national and local tax certificate, and operate according to the laws of the country;
2) Qualified Grade 2 and above qualifications for construction project general contracting and Grade II or above qualifications for foundation engineering construction professional contracting; safety production license; and annual inspection.
3) It should comply with national laws and administrative regulations, have a good reputation, have the ability to perform the contract and the record of a good performance of the contract, and no major or higher quality and safety accidents occurred in other similar service projects.
4) There is no bad record of the country, industry, China Huaneng Group Corporation and its subsidiaries.
5) Two or more legal persons whose legal representative is the same person, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company and holding company shall not participate in bidding for the same bid for this project.
3. Information to be submitted when registering
