7. Having the qualification of “Architectural Intelligent Design and Construction Qualification†issued by the Ministry of Construction, or having the qualification of “Computer Information System Integration†issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology;
8, passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification;
9. Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy large-scale system integration, and provide basic information on local institutions and technical capabilities, and relevant certification materials;
10. Not being ordered to suspend business, the bidding qualification is cancelled, or the property is taken over, frozen and bankrupt;
11. The company has not been suspended by the relevant departments for fraudulent bidding or serious breach of contract and major engineering quality and safety production accidents;
12. The main products of the bidding (integrated wiring, network, conference, monitoring, access control card, LED large screen, UPS, precision air conditioning, wireless coverage) should be authorized by the relevant manufacturer for this project.
