The reasons are as follows: First, the threshold of such technologies is high, and R&D investment is large; Second, the evaluation cycle of customer certification is long and the evaluation cost is high; Third, the concept is deeply ingrained. It not only encourages semiconductor FABs and packaging factories to use and evaluate domestic materials and equipment, but also considers overall support for upstream and downstream companies, and creates joint development and cooperation. The concept of win-win has enabled local suppliers and customers of materials and equipment to have opportunities to cooperate wisely and formally, and formed a cooperative industrial atmosphere to work together to create an industrial chain. At the same time, 02 specifically seized leading companies such as SMIC, Changjiang Electronics, and Nantong Fujitsu to form a verification platform, which effectively promoted the integration and development of the industrial chain and accelerated the healthy growth of China's semiconductor industry chain. The 02 special project has played an important role in the development of China's semiconductor industry chain. There is no special support for 02 projects.
