Cement Mortar Shaking Table - Operation and Maintenance Guide

1. Before starting the operation, make sure to remove the positioning sleeve (refer to Figure 1). Check if all moving parts are operating smoothly and if the electronic control system is functioning properly. After turning on the power, ensure that everything is working correctly before use. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each operation to avoid any interference with the shaking table’s center alignment.

2. For details about the electrical circuit, please refer to the attached diagram. Before connecting the power supply, make sure the lock switch (SW) is in the closed position (the button should be in the popped-out state). Pressing and locking the switch will start the motor, and the digital counter will reset to zero. The machine will stop automatically after 60 seconds. To restart, press the switch again. This process can be repeated as needed.

3. Since this device does not use a power transformer, the internal circuit is directly connected to the power supply voltage. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the outer casing is properly grounded (check the power socket carefully). Confirm that the yellow-green PE line is safely connected to the ground and not mistakenly connected to the neutral line of the power supply.

4. Regularly lubricate the oil cup and apply a thin layer of oil on the cam surface to reduce wear and extend the lifespan of the machine.

5. After each use, clean the instrument thoroughly to maintain its performance. Ensure the positioning sleeve is placed back in its correct location to prevent misalignment caused by external forces during operation.

6. If the amplitude becomes too large after prolonged use, you can adjust it using the provided washer. Loosen the fixing screw of the stopper, remove the stopper, place the washer underneath, and then tighten the screw again to restore the proper amplitude.

7. Amplitude Testing Procedure:

A. Place the 14.7mm inspection block as shown in the diagram. Manually move the cam so that it makes contact with the bearing. This indicates that the amplitude is within the acceptable range.

B. Repeat the same procedure with the 15.3mm inspection block. In this case, the cam and bearing should not make contact. Both conditions must be met for the amplitude to be considered合格 (qualified). Only then can the machine be used for testing purposes.
