Cement Mortar Shaking Table - Operation and Maintenance Guide
1. Before starting the operation, remove the positioning sleeve (refer to Figure 1). Check if all moving parts are operating smoothly and ensure the electronic control system is functioning properly. After turning on the power, check that everything is working correctly before use. It is essential to remove the positioning sleeve before each use to avoid any misalignment or damage.
2. For details on the electrical circuit, please refer to the attached diagram. Always make sure the lock switch (SW) is in the off position (button popped out) before connecting the power. Press and hold the switch to activate it, which will start the motor and reset the electronic counter to zero. The machine will automatically stop after 60 seconds. To restart, press SW again, and this process can be repeated as needed.
3. Since this device does not use a power transformer, the internal circuitry is directly connected to the power supply voltage. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure proper grounding of the outer casing. Carefully verify that the power socket has a safe ground connection (the yellow-green wire should be properly grounded, not connected to the neutral line).
4. Regularly lubricate the oil cup and apply a thin layer of oil to the cam surface to minimize wear and extend the life of the equipment.
5. After each use, clean the instrument thoroughly to maintain its performance. Ensure the positioning sleeve is properly placed to prevent any displacement that could affect the centering of the table during operation.
6. If, after prolonged use, the amplitude becomes too large, you can adjust it using the provided gasket. Loosen the fixing screw of the stopper, remove the stopper, place the washer underneath, and then tighten the screw again to restore the correct amplitude.
7. Amplitude Test Procedure:
A. Place the 14.7mm inspection block as shown in the diagram. Manually move the cam so that it makes contact with the bearing. This indicates the correct amplitude setting.
B. Repeat the same procedure with the 15.3mm inspection block. In this case, the cam should not come into contact with the bearing. Both conditions must be satisfied for the amplitude to be considered within acceptable limits. Only proceed with testing once these checks are confirmed.
