1. How is the LED lamp bead made:

The quality of raw materials is the main one, raw materials determine the price, such as 1w of the 35mil lamp beads, there are 0.2 yuan, 0.4 yuan, 0.6 yuan, 0.8 yuan, more than 1 yuan, etc., their prices are all It is reasonable, there is no violent price, that is, the choice of raw materials is not the same.

Regular high-power chips also have different grades. The chips on the market include special projects, regular products, large wafers, and loose films.

Such as a brand 35mil chip, the formal product is about 0.35 yuan, if you use good materials to do, the price is about 1 yuan, with almost the material to do, the price is about 0.8-1 yuan; the project is about 0.25 yuan, scattered The film is about 0.01 yuan, and the big wafer is the sorting piece, about 0.25 yuan. These are basically between 0.4 yuan and 0.8 yuan.

2) The welding line process is tricky:

The wire is the link between the chip and the bracket with gold wire. The raw material used is gold wire. There are two kinds of alloy wire and gold wire on the market. The gold wire is divided into 0.7, 0.9, 1.0, 1.2, etc. according to the thickness. The cost of doing 1w is about 0.01 yuan, if the gold line is about 0.07 yuan, many people do 1w, 0.4-0.6 yuan of 1w 35mil so-called wafer lamp beads, basically made of alloy wire; 0.8 yuan The left and right crystal 35mil lamp beads, the gold wire is basically 1.0 gold wire, the lamp beads of the crystal 35 in about 1 yuan, basically made of 1.2 gold wire.

3) Point powder process is tricky:

The powder dispensing process is mainly to apply phosphor on the chip to make different white color temperature according to customer needs. The materials used are phosphors and phosphors. The general price of phosphors is currently around 8 yuan per gram. The domestic low-end phosphors are priced at 1 yuan per gram. The cost difference is very large; Phosphor glue, the current good use is about 4,500 yuan per kilogram, many domestically produced is about 1,000 yuan, the cost is also very different.

Poor phosphors and glues will cause color temperature drift under the same heat dissipation conditions. It is recommended not to use poor lamp beads.

4) Grouting process is tricky:
