Panasonic will launch higher-density 100 and 60 LED bulbs

Both the ordinary light bulb type 100 and the small light bulb type 60 are available in warm white and pure white. The ordinary light bulb type 100 LED bulb has a brightness of 1520 lumens (Lm) in two colors, which is equivalent to the 100-type incandescent bulb, achieving the industry's top energy-saving performance of 1 watt and 106 lumens. The small bulb version 60 achieves 760 lumens and is comparable to the 60-inch incandescent bulb.

The LED module used uses ceramics with high temperature reliability and high reflectivity. By using the structure of the linear coating fluorescent material, the chip is disposed on the periphery of the module, and high efficiency and wide light distribution are realized at the same time. In the past, the product was configured in the center. In terms of heat dissipation, the temperature rise is suppressed by independently developing a high heat conductive substrate by providing a copper wiring pattern on both surfaces of the circuit board.

The main body of the luminaire is the same as the conventional one, and aluminum with excellent heat dissipation is used, and a newly developed resin cover with higher insulation performance is used on the outside. The combination of aluminum and resin with different heat shrinkage rates achieves both heat dissipation and insulation properties, and can also be used for lighting fixtures around residential buildings such as doorpost lights and porch lights. The four products are planned to produce about 40,000 per month.
