Last year, Coates and Biddulph introduced Thington Concierge, a home-based AI application powered by chatbots. However, earlier this week, Thington announced that its application would cease operations on August 21. As part of Eero, they plan to continue exploring opportunities within the realm of smart homes.

Both Coates and Biddulph have officially joined the company.
